On 5/16/2011, an unknown male was recovered from the New York Harbor in Brooklyn, New York. It was presumed he had been deceased several weeks prior to being found. The male is believed to be between 17 and 23 years old and of possible South Asian or Middle Eastern ancestry. He was 5’8’ tall and weighed approximately 173 pounds. At the time of recovery, he was wearing dark colored dress slacks with folded cuffs, striped “Fruit of the Loom” boxer shorts, a belt with a yellow metal buckle, and remnants of dark colored socks. Displayed is a facial reconstruction created by a NCMEC Forensic Artist which depicts what the male may have looked like in life. Digital reconstructions were also created of the pants and belt he was found wearing.
