On October 1, 1998, the body of an unidentified male was located under a Mesquite tree, 300 yards north of Ajo Way on Postvale Road in Tucson, Arizona (Pima County). The John Doe is believed to have been between 17 and 23 years of age. He was 6’0” and 252 lbs. He had curly, black hair, approximately 8 cm in length and brown eyes. Race is uncertain. He was found wearing a gray, maroon and blue pullover shirt with a pocket on the front and a pair of tan, blue and maroon shorts. He was not wearing shoes. The featured reconstruction is an artist’s rendering of what the John Doe may have looked like.
