NCMEC Training Application

Note: Please supply agency phone numbers and addresses ONLY. No personal addresses or phone numbers are required.



Agency Information

In order to become part of the Missing Kids Readiness Program, the Agency/Department/PSAP must meet the criteria noted below. Please provide this requested information.

Executive Training

Completion of NCMEC’s CEO seminar or MKRP online course.


Agency Policy and Procedures for Reports of Missing and Abducted Children

* Attach copy of current agency policy for review/verification. Must be a MS Word or .pdf file with max size of 5MB.


First Responder Training

    All sworn personnel/telecommunicators must complete the MKRP online course through NCMEC CONNECT.


Agency Policy Training

By submitting this application the Agency/PSAP asserts all current first responders have received formal instruction/training in the proper us of the Model Policy/ANSI-approved standard noted above.


Quality Assurance

Including a section in your agency's emergency communications/PSAP policy about quality assurance is essential. If applicable, by submitting this application your agency asserts that a formal review of calls reporting a missing and/or abducted child will be formally reviewed and the review process has been formally adopted into the Agency's official policy.

Affirmation

On behalf of the above-named Agency/PSAP, I hereby affirm all the above information is true and correct, and acknowledge if it is not correct, this application may be rejected and any issued recognition may no longer be valid. Furthermore we hereby agree to adhere to the Law Enforcement Policy and Procedures for Reports of Missing and Abducted Children (for Law Enforcement) or the ANSI-approved Public Safety Telecommunicators when Responding to Calls of Missing, Abducted and Sexually Exploited Children (for PSAPs) as set forth in the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's Missing Kids Readiness Program.
