On June 8, 1990, the body of a young man was found in a holding tank at a water treatment plant near South 22nd Street and Lincoln Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The young man is believed to have been between 16 and 19 years of age. He was approximately 6' tall and had brown hair. Investigators believe he may have a genetic heritage in the French-Canadian population with familial roots in Quebec, New Brunswick, and Maine. Pictured are clothing items found with him, including: a blue tank top, a white sweatshirt with 1988 Olympic logos, white tennis shoes with black laces (size 12) and black pants. There were also a matchbook and papers associated with "Barley's Restaurant" located with the body. The image of the young man is a facial reconstruction created by a NCMEC forensic artist and is intended to depict what the young man would have looked like in life.
