On November 18, 1996, the body of a Hispanic female was found on the Rio Grande riverbank in El Paso, Texas. She is believed to have been between 15 and 20 years of age. She had long, dark brown hair about 20 inches in length which was worn in a ponytail. She had small frame, a prominent underbite and pierced ears. Her white T-shirt depicted the "Looney Tunes" Tasmanian Devil on a surfboard. She wore black spandex shorts and maroon jeans. Black platform heeled shoes were also found near her body. All the clothing appeared to be of a Mexican brand. The image of the female is an artist's rendering of what she may have looked like in life. Restorations of her clothing are also shown.
