In Pursuit with John Walsh Aims to Find Missing Kids

08-24-2022

Tonight marks the premiere of the fourth season of “In Pursuit with John Walsh,” on Investigation Discovery. “In Pursuit” sets out to carry forward John Walsh’s lifelong mission of bringing fugitives to justice, finding missing children and empowering the public to help support a more effective and accountable criminal justice system.

In the series, John is joined by his son, Callahan Walsh, as the two introduce ID’s audience to unsolved violent crimes that urgently need answers. The show relies on leads from tipsters who may have seen something or may know something about the featured cases.

As part of its commitment to justice, ID operates an active call center during every episode located here at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). All calls and online tips are vetted by experts and followed up on by the appropriate authorities, including law enforcement, the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service. Tips can be reported during each episode and 24/7 by calling 833-3-PURSUE or reporting online at InPursuitTips.com

“In Pursuit” partners with NCMEC to feature two missing children each hour, providing age-progression photos when possible and descriptions with the hopes that viewers can provide new leads.

The premiere for “In Pursuit” will feature 14-year-old Angelo Graham and 5-year-old Oakley Carlson.

Angelo Graham, now 14, has been missing from his home in Williamsburg, Virginia since Sept. 13, 2021. The night that Angelo left his house, his dad, Derrick Graham, was not concerned. Angelo would leave and always return a couple of hours later, but this time it was different. Since that night, Angelo has not attended school and has not reached out to his dad.

Have you seen Angelo, or do you have information about his disappearance?

Although police believe that Oakley was last seen on that date, she was not reported missing until months later. Her parents claim they last saw her on Nov. 30, 2021. No one knows exactly when or how Oakley disappeared.
