On 3/16/1982, an unidentified Black female was found deceased, in the Milwaukee River near Plankinton Avenue. She had been deceased 1 week to 3 months. The female is believed to be 15 to 25 years old, approximately 5’4” tall, and black, kinky hair. She had several scars, including a vertical surgical scar 4 ½” long from her umbilicus to pubis, which may have been from an appendix removal. The female had extensive dental work, with several fillings and a fixed partial bridge on top. She was found clothed with a tan wool jacket, blue pants, a brown striped long-sleeved shirt, black calf-length vinyl boots, green knee-high socks, and a yellow and tan knit cap with an attached faded purple scarf. A BIC lighter and an empty Tic Tac candy box were found with her. Displayed is a facial approximation created by a NCMEC Forensic Artist which depicts what the female may have looked like in life.
